Schneider signs for Geylang International

Geylang International are pleased to announce the signing of Thorsten Schneider.
The lanky 27-year old striker, who earlier this week cleared the mandatory 2.4km Fitness Test, has put pen to paper on a six month deal and will replace young Argentinian midfielder Joaquin Lopez who has been moved to the Prime League squad.
Schneider was in Singapore last year for a University exchange programme with a local institution and dazzled Eagles’ head coach Jorg Steinebrunner and assistant coach Nazareno Velez during trainings and friendly matches with his desire, power and shooting accuracy.
