Attention all Parents and Guardians of SYESS 2012 Kids Camp!

Dear Parents / Guardian,
Thank you for registering your child/ward for the 16th Young Eagles Soccer Camp 2012.
The soccer camp promises to be a fun-filled and enriching event where children learn fundamental soccer techniques from professionals and engage in other team-building activities.
Reporting And Registration
We would like to advise all parents/guardians to have lunch with your child/ward before bringing them to Bedok Stadium on Thursday, 29th November 2012 at 12.30pm. Kindly ensure that your child are in T-Shirt and Covered shoes.
LOTTO Goodie Bag
The Lotto goodie bag consists of two jerseys, two pairs of shorts, two pairs of socks, one shoe bag and 2 round neck shirt. The goodie bag will be given to your child/ward upon registration on 29th November 2012. The Lotto goodie bag is to be brought along to the Camp.
Items To Bring
In addition to the Lotto goodie bag (which will be distributed on 29th November 2012), we advise your child/ward to bring along the following items to the camp:
- Two sets of tops and bottoms
- One sweater
- A pair of soccer boots
- A pair of sandals
- Water bottle
- Pen and/or marker
- A small amount of cash ($20-$30)
Items Not To Bring
Participants are advised NOT to bring their mobile phones, MP3 players, discman, and other valuable items in order to prevent loss of these items.
The children will be grouped into teams of 7, and will be allocated a comfortably spacious room. OurCampCommandant, officials and facilitators will be staying in the Camp to look after the children. Female participants will be staying in a separate room. A lady chaperon will be assigned to look after the female participants.
Stay-In (@ Night)
Parents/Guardians are advised to allow your child/ward to stay-in during the whole camp period. This is to inculcate independence, self-confidence and social bonding amongst participants. However if it is absolutely necessary to bring your child/ward home, kindly inform theCampCommandant. Parents/Guardians bringing their child home will have to sign the Club’s acknowledgement book.
Our Sports Trainer will be available to render medical services throughout the camp period.
Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner/Supper will be provided. All food are ‘halal’. Separate vegetarian food will be provided (upon request) for participants who are strictly vegetarians.
Parents/Guardians are welcomed to join your child/ward for a BBQ dinner on Saturday, 1st December 2012 at 7pm, at the National Service Resort & Country Club outside Bungalow Units 16 & 17
NTUC Income will be providing the insurance coverage.
